The Department of the Navy is transforming the management of its personnel, money, programs, equipment, supplies and maintenance, through implementation of the Navy Enterprise Resource Program (N-ERP).

The Space and Naval Systems Warfare Command (SPAWAR) follows the N-ERP business process design, scope, development, and implementation for long term FMS training and sustainment operations. 

The SPAWAR ERP Business Office (SEBO) was established to manage the implementation and sustainment of N-ERP business processes throughout Team SPAWAR.
